Since 2006, our company’s founder, Caroline Currids origins are rooted in sporting circles where her performance coaching has produced champions across a wide range of Sporting & Corporate arenas, including Rugby, Athletics, Gaelic Sports, Golf and Corporate Leaders & Teams.
We saw that top sports teams and successful businesses had many parallels and set about researching some of the worlds high performing organisations. We researched the common elements that exist in these high performing environments such as honesty, commitment, trust, high standards, discipline, hard work, goal setting, accountability and teamwork.
From this research we developed a unique set of fundamentals that are today at the heart of the Unica model, and which we use in our work helping organisations to perform better.
Our name originates from the latin for Unique, and for the very good reason that we see everyone’s performance needs as individual, unique to you. We take our research and experience to custom fit a program for you.
We want you to perform to the best of your ability and help you execute high performing results. Just knowing our stuff isn’t enough. We are experts because we really understand how to apply our knowledge in a way that’s totally right for you.
- We believe in treating clients like individuals
